Welcome to Deevan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deevan mobile app. By creating an account or using Deevan, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, to use Deevan. By using the app you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Deevan is a community space. You agree not to:
We operate a zero-tolerance approach to objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can block and report users directly from voice rooms and chat. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for that content and grant Deevan the permissions necessary to host and display it so the app can function. You must have the rights to any content you share.
Live audio in Stages is shared with other participants in real time. Treat others with respect; hosts and Deevan may remove participants who violate these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings & Privacy → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the community.
Deevan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deevan and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Deevan after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
